Here are our guidelines:

• Click here to initiate a return/exchange. Please contact us at support@thefittheory.in.

• Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition. If the products are produced in poor condition or have been worn, a refund will not be provided 

• Please keep the tags on and receipts safe—no take-backs without them.
  
  
• We have only one time return policy for our orders, products can be  exchanged or refunded once.

• You have 14 days to return the product. (some exceptions may apply)

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories & Final Sales. 

• We will refund the total amount during returns. Your source account will be credited within 7 business days from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition)

• Cancellations will only be possible till the order  has not been dispatched from the warehouse

• Once the product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will apply to that order

Refund for Free product deals

• Any items purchased during a BOGO (Buy 1 and Get 1 free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Refunds

• Refunds are quick and easy on all returns. Here are our guidelines:
• We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
• You will be refunded the total amount within 7 business days to your source account.
• For COD orders, we will send you a link to help you get your refund credited quickly
